The project supported this established identity through an annual employee gathering that brought together employees through an integrated internal event experience.
Summary
At 7D, the partnership with Solution by stc began with organizing the annual employee gathering in 2021 and continued successfully for three consecutive years until 2023. The project covered the complete event experience, including stages, presentations, games, entertainment programs, catering, beverages, children’s areas, seating arrangements, security equipment, safety measures, and electrical installations. This comprehensive execution brought together multiple operational and entertainment requirements while maintaining the company’s identity throughout the event.
The mission was to deliver a fully integrated internal event experience that strengthens employee engagement while reflecting Solution by stc’s corporate identity and ensuring seamless execution across operational, technical, and entertainment requirements. The project required careful coordination of multiple event components at scale, creating an organized and engaging environment for employees while maintaining a consistent corporate presence throughout the gathering and across the different elements of the overall event experience.
